Automnalité
a sweet white wine 
 
Launched in 2013, the cuvée Automnalité is made from the sauvignon gris and pinot gris grapes. Blending together these varieties enhances the original aromatic character of this wine. It should be drunk as an apéritif or match foie gras or light desserts.
Pinot gris

This cuvée come from the grape variety Pinot gris which offers pink berries. This wine undergoes a short maceration ( a few hours only). It is tenderly fruity.

Variety: Abouriou  selected by the winegrower.
Reminiscent of violets in colour, its aromas of red or black fruits, a delicate balance of freshness and sweetness, this juice will satisfy those who enjoy authentic fruit.

Variety: Folle-blanche selected by the wine-grower.
It boats a fine golden robe with pearls of fine bubbles. On the nose, we find aromas of fresh grapes. In the mouth, it adds the freshness of its sparkle and the sweetness.

the cuvée "Vie en rose" is made with the the abouriou grape. it is very fruity.
Rubigène
Méthode traditionnelle  
 
This sparkling wine is made with a new grape variety that is born in our estate. A fruity nose is followed by a seducing mouth with elegant bubbles. Cuvée brut gives a fine aperitif whereas Cuvée dry takes on your desserts.

Pinot Noir Rouge

Part of the crop or the entire crop is aged in casks for a few months. This Pinot noir has characteristic notes of cherries and also has clear mellow tannins. It will be enjoyed with charcuteries but also with poultry and red meat.
Abouriou Rouge

The rare red Abouriou  is getting popular with several nantais wine growers. A short pruning «cordon bilateral » is applied to keep the yield under control. It is matured in casks.  It is the ideal base wine for red sangria. it will be appreciated as an accompaniment for grilled marinated meat.

This wine is the result of a straight pressing.. This rosé is both well balanced with fruit and some roundness.  Its body is ideal for light meals but it will not shy away from meats.
Abouriou Rosé

The rare red Abouriou originates from the South-West of France.  This wine is the result of a straight pressing.  A wine to match many dishes: mixed salads, Italian cuisine and could also be paired with paella.

Fleur de Panloup

This cuvée forebears the Goulaine appellation. It will accompany smoked fish, your best recipes using scallops, fish and poultry, cheeses and even « foie gras ».
